Welcome to SOTA Consulting, Inc. (“SOTA,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website, programs, courses, events, and any related services (collectively, the “Services”). By accessing or using our Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our Services.

1. Use of Our Services

You agree to use our website and Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You are responsible for ensuring that your use complies with all applicable laws and regulations.

You may not:

Copy, modify, distribute, or reproduce any part of our materials without written permission.

Use our Services to transmit any unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent content.

Share your login credentials or course materials with anyone else.

2. Intellectual Property Rights

All content, materials, logos, videos, documents, and other resources provided by SOTA Consulting, Inc. are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-transferable license to use these materials solely for your personal educational use. Unauthorized use may result in suspension or termination of access and potential legal action.

3. Course Success Requirement

You must implement all strategies taught in each class. You must watch all training videos, review all resources, and complete every corresponding action item in the module, course, or program. The course content and instructors are subject to change, but you are required to complete all material of the course that was available to you at your time of purchase. You must show documented proof that you have completed the course and track your progress or results as indicated in the course. Each course or training module consists of videos, assignments, and other training materials that you must complete and take access steps on actionable activities as outlined in the course in order to claim a refund. You must show documented proof that you have made attempts to implement all of this in the program or course before requesting a refund.

You must leverage our world class support team for assistance. We care about our students, clients, and customers. If there are any questions or concerns regarding your purchase or anything that arises that is preventing you from achieving results, you must email [email protected] for assistance.

You must document all the proof you perform in a Google doc, including when you perform(ed) the action. It is imperative that you document this data in the Google doc immediately after you perform each requirement listed above, because Google will track when you made updates to the document, and this is how we will know that you met the requirements in the allotted time. We want you to have success with our programs and courses, therefore you must start implementing what we’ve taught you within seven days of your purchase. You must document your activities so that we can determine what challenges you are facing to help you reach your goals.

4. Disclaimer & Refund Policy

Client understands and agrees that Stock Options Trading is not an exact science and no specific results can be offered nor guaranteed. You are paying for EDUCATIONAL COURSES ONLY. There are no recommendations or guarantees for making money offered. All fees are non-refundable, and payment terms must be met as agreed or the client can be held in breach of this agreement.

SOTA events may be photographed or recorded. By attending any and all events, you grant SOTA the right to use your name, image, and statements, as recorded and/or photographed, to promote SOTA and release SOTA from all liability associated with the use of your name, image and statements.

5. Payments and Billing

All fees for courses, programs, and services must be paid in full according to the payment terms provided at the time of purchase. Late or failed payments may result in suspension of access. Payment plans must be completed as agreed. Unless otherwise stated, all sales are final. Refunds are only available if explicitly allowed under the Course Success Requirement policy above and only when all conditions have been fully met and documented proof has been provided.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SOTA Consulting, Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits, resulting from your use of the Services or participation in any courses, events, or programs.

7. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SOTA Consulting, Inc., its officers, employees, contractors, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our Services or your violation of these Terms.

8. Privacy

Your personal information is collected, used, and stored in accordance with our [Privacy Policy]. By using our Services, you consent to this collection and use.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Puerto Rico, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes will be handled in the courts of Puerto Rico.

10. Changes to These Terms

SOTA Consulting, Inc. reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted on our website with the new effective date. Continued use of our Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
